Description/History - Known for its antiseptic and expectorant abilities, it is good for combating respiratory issues. This is one of our favorite single oils for joint discomfort when used with a carrier oil. Because of its underlying sweetness compared to other needle oils we like to diffuse it for a fresh, radiant energy.

Cautions - May be energizing, do not apply before bed (siberian fir or balsam fir would be better before bed). Avoid applying on areas where metal has been added to a joint as Black Spruce is best used on joints without metal or any other type of metallic implant.
