Black Spruce

Black Spruce

Description/History - Known for its antiseptic and expectorant abilities, it is good for combating respiratory issues. This is one of our favorite single oils for joint discomfort when used with a carrier oil. Because of its underlying sweetness compared to other needle oils we like to diffuse it for a fresh, radiant energy.

Key Benefits - anti-inflammatory, analgesic, respiratory support

Common Uses

  • Apply to fatigued muscles to promote energy and recovery.

  • Apply to chest area to promote proper breathing.

  • Apply to help support bone health and repair with helichrysum after an injury.
