Description/History - More potent than Roman Chamomile, it is known for being a great anti-inflammatory and can be used to repair sores and ease eczema. There have been many studies on the benefits of chamomile, which has been used for healing since ancient times. German Chamomile is blue because the presence of the presence of chamazulene. This is what helps this oil to excel in it's ability to soothe, calm and slow muscle spasms. We best prefer it used in conjunction with oils like Lavender or even a Copaiba for a truly soothing experience.
