Description/History - Because Roman Chamomile is more mild than its German counterpart, it can be safely used on children when diluted. Most often seen as an essential oil to aid anxious feelings and inability to sleep. Use it to ease indigestion and gas or it is a wonderful all-natural option for soreness. It’s apple-like aroma is also quite soothing.
